An Inspiring Culinary Publication for F&B Employees
The Food and Beverage division of Benchmark Global Hospitality wanted to create a digital culinary magazine to inspire, inform, and act as a resource for their food and beverage staff. This would be the first edition, and the format, length, name, and style still needed to be decided. In addition, articles needed to be written from interviews with featured staff members.
I handled naming concepts and styling for the publication, layout design, and feature story copywriting. The publication was announced via a custom email deployment and received excellent reviews.
